Partial Basic Income, LLC is developing a platform concept that combines direct financial support with a secure digital wallet and automated bill-payment tools. The initial program focus is helping people experiencing homelessness.
The goal is to make essential financial tasks easier to manage, including for people who may not have stable access to identification, an address, technology, or day-to-day budgeting support.
What we are working toward
Secure access. A straightforward way for eligible participants to access their funds.
Automated bill payment. A system designed to prioritize approved essentials such as rent, utilities, and healthcare.
More control. Clear visibility into funds and the amount available for personal use after scheduled obligations.
